Welcome to your holiday home on the beautiful island of Madeira!
This newly and modernly renovated two-room apartment impresses with a spacious terrace and stunning sea views – the perfect place to start the day with breakfast in the morning sun or to round off the evening with a glass of wine.
The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with a cosy dining area, accessed via a small, visually separated hallway. The combined living and sleeping area is modern and lovingly furnished, creating a comfortable atmosphere for relaxing. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. WiFi, a TV, and pleasant infrared heating are of course also available to you.
The apartment is located in a typical Madeiran hillside house with a total of four residential units. As the owner, I live in the house myself and am therefore usually on site – always happy to help with any questions or requests. My friendly dog also lives in the house.
The apartment is reached via an external staircase and has its own separate entrance, giving you a private retreat of your own.
Please note: as with many houses in rural areas, we are not connected to the public sewage system. Toilet paper must therefore not be flushed down the toilet, but disposed of in the bin provided.
As this is an older but always lovingly renovated house, the ceiling height is around 2 metres, which gives the apartment its own special charm and character.
